50-minute premarital counselling session:  $185

80-minute couples counselling session:       $265

80-minute individual counselling session:    $210

NOTICE: The British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) has recently adjusted the rates and fees for Registered Clinical Counsellors in British Columbia (BC) 

In accordance with the BCACC's fee guide, I will be adjusting my rates in September 2026 by $5.

I will continue to offer sliding scale options for those needing supplementary support. If this change in fee creates hardship, please connect with me as I am dedicated to keeping counselling an accessible service.

Payment methods include cash, credit card,  or email money transfers. I offer a free 30 minute consultation prior to your first session.

Scheduling

To book an appointment, please contact me on my contact form available on this website. Alternatively, I can respond to your voicemail at (778) 654-6411, or via email at vitacounsellingservice@gmail.com. 24 hours notice is needed for cancellation  with full charge for missed sessions.

Because I am often with clients, voicemail and email are often the best way to contact me. When you leave me a message, I do my best to contact you within one business day Monday-Friday 8:00am-5pm.

 

Benefits Coverage

Benefits Coverage varies by provider, so it is important to check which therapist credentials your insurance company requires. It is important to note that while your benefits coverage may not cover your therapy sessions,  you may be able to deduct session fees as a medical expense from your personal income taxes.
