50-minute individual counselling session:   $155

 

​​50-minute couples counselling session:       $185

50-minute premarital counselling session:  $185

80-minute couples counselling session:       $265

80-minute individual counselling session:    $210

Intro premarital counselling package:           $525

Payment methods include cash, credit card,  or email money transfers. I offer a free 30 minute consultation prior to your first session.

A variety of sliding scale fees are reserved for students & those in need. Please enquire further about this in your initial consultation.

Because I am often with clients, voicemail and email are often the best way to contact me. When you leave me a message, I do my best to contact you within one business day Monday-Friday 8:00am-5pm.

 

Benefits Coverage

Benefits Coverage varies by provider, so it is important to check which therapist credentials your insurance company requires. It is important to note that while your benefits coverage may not cover your therapy sessions,  you may be able to deduct session fees as a medical expense from your personal income taxes.
