Initial phone consultation: free

50-minute individual counselling session: $148 + GST

​

50-minute couples counselling session:    $185 + GST

80-minute couples counselling session:    $250 + GST 

​

80-minute individual counselling session: $210 + GST

​

 

Payment methods include cash, credit card,  or email money transfers. I offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation prior to your first session.

A limited number of sliding scale positions are reserved for students & those in need.

Because I am often with clients, voicemail and email are often the best way to contact me. When you leave me a message, I do my best to contact you within one business day Monday-Friday 8:00am-5pm.

 

Benefits Coverage

Benefits Coverage varies by provider, so it is important to check which therapist credentials your insurance company requires. It is important to note that while your benefits coverage may not cover your therapy sessions,  you may be able to deduct session fees as a medical expense from your personal income taxes.
